Making Champagne
The "vigneron" is the one who grow grapes.
We think that one the grapes are picked, the job is (almost) done.
We strongly believe that champagne should be made using the less possible technology. Therefore, for the last 3 decades, we have been making Champagne following this short set of rules :
- No filtration
- No collage
- No adjuvant or additive
- Elevage on lees in bottle of at least three years
We are proud to make a handcrafted champagne from the grapes from our land. A technology-free champagne which reflects its Terroir and our know-how.
